Edwin Natanael Bonilla Palma is the owner of Finca El Pinar, in Yorito Yoro, El Plantel. He and his partner Nelly run the farm, where they grow Typica, Catuai and Lempira alongside food crops such as banana and guyaba. All of the post harvest processing is done at his cousin's wet mill, as Edwin and Nelly haven't built one yet. One of their long term goals is to build their own mill at El Pinar so they can have even more control over the post harvest processing and further improve the quality. Additionally Edwin and Nelly endeavor to improve their fertilising regiments to increase yields of their future crops.
